Diving at Rock of the Boat dive site Elba Island

It's an emerged rock located on Capo Enfola, just before the main gulf on the west side. It is called like this, because residents say that if you look at it from a certain angle, you can shape a boat.
The anchor is thrown on the west side of the rock between 18-20 meters deep. The dive take place swimming slowly around the rock starting from the external side, which means right hand shoulder. Here the deepest point is on 27 meters. We can then continue to turn around the corner and come back to the anchor line, swimming in the channel on the inside part which reach 12 meters depth. Groups of fishes are displayed in shallow water, while on the main rock you can find the typical rock cliff fishes: moray eels, octopuses, congas, spirographs, nudi branches and hermit crabs.
Depth: 0-27 meters. Level: suitable for all levels as the rock allows different profiles.
